Quality, look and material are phenomenal. Bag is solid and can hold so much. I particularly love the shoe compartment which is great as I love to travel with multiple pairs of footwear. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the handles are easy to hold. Zippers open and close with ease. Cool looking functional bag.

I bought this bag for a quick getaway for the wknd since I don't have a ton of trunk space. It's very roomy and the materials are good. Love the colour and the faux leather handles. I live close by so I ordered online and picked up next day. Very fast.

The Herschel novel is a great bag, and my order arrived super quickly! But, on the white main zipper there is what looks to be a highlighter mark. A little disappointed for that, as I don’t have time to exchange it as it’s a hospital birth bag. The mark was probably just a fluke, which is too bad. All in all great service from te koop, would buy from here again :)

Was able to fit all my needed clothes and items for a 3 day trip. The shoulder strap is padded saving my shoulders from that digging pain with thinner straps. Used the shoe compartment for smaller items I wanted to keep separate from clothes. When empty, the bag is easy to store away. Also the all black design is sleek and beautiful.
