Orders shipping within Canada over $100 value (before tax and after discounts) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING with Canada Post Expedited Ground delivery service.

SHIPPING METHOD
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Te Koop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
- Within Ontario: 1 to 5 business days
- Outside Ontario: 4 to 7 business days
- To the U.S.: 7 to 14 business days
If your order is placed after 11AM EST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
ONLINE ORDERS
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original plastic bag. You may bring the item back to 421 Queen St. West, in Toronto along with your receipt OR you may mail it back to us rewrapped in shipping safe packaging with the packing slip and a note indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange made. Please note, we do not offer free return labels.
The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise to our online returns address (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Te Koop is not responsible for lost return packages. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Taxes will be refunded for returned merchandise; shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for return postage costs.
It may take 4 to 7 business days for your return to reach Te Koop. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email that your purchase was refunded. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 4 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
IN-STORE
Purchases made in-store at Te Koop can only be returned or exchanged in the store at 421 Queen St. West. All products must be in unused, resalable condition. Purchases MUST be accompanied with proof of purchase.

What is your return policy?
For online orders, you have 60 days from the day you receive your order.
In store purchases must be returned in 30 days.
The product(s) must be returned unused and with the original tags and packaging.
How do I return my order?
You can either return it in store or mail it back to us.
The cost of returning your order via mail is at your own expense.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items less than 50% off can be returned.
Items 50% off or more are FINAL SALE.
What is your warranty policy?
All items purchased from Te koop are covered by our 1 year warranty policy for manufacturing defects only.
