We want you to love what you ordered but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
All items are eligible for return, including sale items.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging.
In-store purchases can be returned in store within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Online purchases can be returned within 60 days of the date you received the order for a full refund excluding shipping costs either in store or via mail.
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Returning Online Orders In-Store
Online orders can also be returned in-store for a refund.
Bring the item(s) to our Te Koop store within 60 days of delivery.
Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.
In-store returns do not incur the $10 return shipping fee.
How to Start a Return (By Mail)
All Canadian returns via mail are subjected to a $10 return shipping fee.

*We currently do not accept exchanges via mail. Please initiate a return for your order for a refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want.
**Returns via mail is only available for online orders. For in-store purchases, please come back to our store to exchange or return.
Undelivered Package

te koop will not be held responsible for any issues that may have been caused due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to the incomplete shipping address, it is the responsibility of the party that entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If the package is returned to us, an option to re-send the package again will be available, if the responsible party agrees to pay $10 for the additional shipping costs.
All unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be subject to a $10 restocking fee that will be deducted during the refund process.

If an item you purchased is marked down within 14 days of your original purchase date, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment.
To request a price adjustment, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order details and receipt. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method once approved.
