At this time, we only ship to Canada and United States of America.
Shipping Method
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Orders to USA are shipped via USPS.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
While we will do all we can ensure your order is delivered on time, Te Koop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the holidays, you may experience a delay in delivery, therefore the estimated delivery time provided may not be accurate as per Canada Post's website.
- Orders shipped within Ontario: 2-4 business days to ship once processed.
- Orders shipped to outside Ontario: 3-6 business days to ship once processed.
- Orders shipped to the U.S.: 5-10 business days to ship once processed.
If your order is placed after 11am, it will be processed the next business day.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty for all items from the date of purchase for any of our items that are considered to have a manufacturer defect. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you have an issue with your purchase, please give us a call /email, or bring the item back to our location in Toronto and we can have the item replaced or repaired.
