Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping time?
Greater Toronto Area: 1 to 2 business days.
Within Ontario outside the GTA: 2 to 3 business days.
Outside Ontario within Canada: 3 to 5 business days.
To the United States: 7 to 10 business days.
*All orders are shipped from our store location in Toronto.
**Orders placed after 11am EDT will ship the next business day.
Cost of shipping to Canada?
Free standard shipping on orders $50+ (before discounts & tax)
Standard shipping: $4.95
Express shipping: $19.95
Cost of shipping to United States?
Standard USPS shipping: $14.95*
*Orders shipping to United States do not qualify for free shipping.
What are your shipping methods?
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
Orders to United States are shipped via USPS.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Te Koop is not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Do You Have Express Shipping?
We offer express delivery to orders within Canada.
Express shipping is generally 1-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
All items are eligible for return unless marked as FINAL SALE.
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date you received the order for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are not covered by te koop.
Purchases must be returned in original condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging.
Can I return products on sale?
Yes, unless marked as FINAL SALE, all items can be returned for a full refund excluding any applicable shipping costs.
How to return online order via mail?
Simply mail back your order to us rewrapped in shipping safe packaging with the packing slip and a note indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange made.
The shipping carrier you use to return the order (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Te Koop is not responsible for lost return packages.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Taxes will be refunded for returned merchandise; shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return order, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email that your purchase was refunded.
How to return online order in store?
You may return your order in store, located at 421 Queen St. West in Toronto
How to exchange my order?
We will happily help you process an exchange within 60 days of receiving your online order.
The order will need to be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

How to track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information.
Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 1 business day to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Error with my order details
If you have made an error in your order details, please contact sales@te-koop.ca as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
Cancel my order

My Order Hasn't Arrived

Order Online, Pick Up In Store
Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at check out.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.
Orders are typically ready within 1 hour during store hours.
Discount Codes
Discount Code Policy
Discount codes apply to regular priced items only.
Discount applies before applicable taxes.
You will receive codes via email.
Discount Exclusions
The following brands are excluded from ALL promo codes – Birkenstocks, Blundstone and Fjallraven Kanken collection
Can I Combine Codes
No, only one discount code will apply per order.

Product Warranty
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from Te koop are covered by our 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
Items MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact sales@te-koop.ca or bring the item back to our location in Toronto with your receipt and we can have the item replaced or repaired.

Payment Options
Methods Of Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Other payment options include Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay & Sezzle.
The transaction will be charged to your card after the order has placed.
At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.
Te koop charges applicable provincial, federal, and harmonized taxes on online transactions.
