Canada Post Strike – Shipping Update

Last updated: Monday, September 29, 2025 – 12:00 PM (EST)

We want to provide our customers with a clear update on how the ongoing Canada Post strike is affecting our shipping operations.

Order Fulfillment

All unfulfilled orders are being shipped as quickly as possible.

  • If Canada Post resumes service, we will ship your order through them as usual.

  • If the strike continues, we are shipping orders via UPS to ensure they reach you without unnecessary delays.

We are still accepting new orders during this time. Until Canada Post services resume, all new orders will be shipped via UPS.

⚠️ Important Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Since UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, please update your shipping address to a physical address (home, workplace, or a friend/family member’s address) before placing your order.

  • Rural & Remote Areas: If you live in an area where Canada Post is the only available carrier (including certain rural or Airstage locations), we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order at this time. Orders placed to these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been handed over to Canada Post, it will remain at a Canada Post depot until the strike concludes and deliveries resume. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to retrieve these parcels once they are in transit with Canada Post. We understand how frustrating this may be and want to reassure you that your package will be delivered as soon as operations return to normal.

Staying Updated

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to share updates as soon as Canada Post provides new information. Our team is prepared to act quickly to minimize delays once we know more.

We know how important it is for you to receive your order without delay, and we are committed to doing everything we can to resolve this as smoothly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time, and we thank you for your continued support of our store.
