Best EDC bag on the market

I have scoured the internet for the perfect bag. My requirements were extensive. I needed a bag that can fit my "13 laptop and a small load of groceries, but be small enough to feel like a purse. I wanted something that is proportionate on my 5'2 frame (most backpacks sit so low they rub against my lower back and butt). I wanted a bag that is cute, but not leather or pleather since that makes me sweaty, especially if I'm wearing a crop top. I also wanted to have wide enough side pockets for a water bottle (I refuse to put water bottles inside of my bag - the risk of forgetting it, forgetting to refill it, or spilling are too high) while still looking cute. I wanted something durable and water resistant since I am out at all weather. I wanted comfortable straps for hours of wear, but not something that feels like a school backpack. I wanted loads of organization and an easy to see interior so things don't get lost inside the bag. This is *literally* the only bag that met all of that criteria. Then my first day wearing it, I had to bike to work in a snow storm - I figure, well, I guess I am already destroying this thing. Nope. Despite not being water PROOF, after my half hour ride in heavy, wet snow, my things were bone dry and the bag itself looked entirely unaffected.

Note: this is not a sports bag, so there isn't the sort of venting at the back you might expect from other bags, but it is also a thousand times better looking. Also I've yet to find vents that actually keep my back cool. I think a lighter material and smaller bag like this one will end up being a better choice long term.

If I could improve this bag, it would be by adding:
- Reflectors. Surely there's a way to incorporate them for safety without massively harming the overall aesthetic.
- Either a small pouch on one of the straps for tiny items (keys or earphones) or a hook to mount your own pouch to.
- Reinforcement where the straps connect to the bag for longevity.
