I love how you can adjust the shoulder strap to a shorter length or longer for cross-body. You can also tuck the shoulder strap inside the bag if you want to use the two smaller handles instead. There's a snap inside that keeps the bag closed. The canvas material feels really durable and high quality and the snaps and zipper seem high quality, too. The bag is big enough to carry anything you need, especially since it's a taller length than most tote bags. Love it so much!
