Bellroy Venture Sling 9L

Great sling with an innovative zipper system on the main compartment that allows you to wear the sling in either shoulder and be able to unzip from the top.
Pro:
-the zipper
-material feels rugged and premium
-great organizational features in the main compartment (many pockets)

What would make it 5/5 for me:
- a hidden pocket in the back (where the sling meets your body) to store passport, wallet… etc
- a shoulder pad for a more comfortable wear when you max out the capacity of this sling

Tough. Durable. Beautiful, minimalist design.
Thought the 9L might be a bit too big, but not really, it's perfect. I would suggest that you visit the shop and try though just to see how it feels.
The right compartments, the right colours, and the best recycled materials. Fits all my every day carry needs. Obviously there are cheaper options, smaller ones for pure city use, or larger ones (for cameras, bottles, etc.) - but this one is for the right size and colour for me.

I normally buy everything on Amazon and I am used to the near instant shipping. Better prices. Easy returns. I have bought a handful of Bellroy products and I can see the appeal, but they are always just a tad to minimalist for my use case. Anyway I wanted the 9 liter doing after seeing the smaller one in person. Found this store on google and the blue was on sale. I was not familier with te-Koop and their Bellroy stuff seemed all to be too good to be true. Was concerned it was a scam. Then I saw they were a physical store in Toronto. So I figured I would take a gamble. Item arrived super fast and in perfect condition. I brought it with to Caribana with all my edc a Sony A74 and two smaller prime lenses. Totally awesome. Only problem is the picture shows a water bottle and the size is misleading. It can hold a water bottle vertically - but like a regular plastic sized water bottle. It's a good size but it's not deep enough for a regular thermos. Holds my iPad 11 pro in the main pocket when I'm not carrying a camera - can't do both. Otherwise it's awesome.
