Filson Original Briefcase

I only received this product a couple of days ago, but as someone who’s had similar “briefcases”, I was immediately struck by the built quality! I’ve purchased numerous comparable products at similar price points over the years, which have all given up after 1 or 2 years of use. I wouldn’t be shocked if I put myself into retirement before I can do the same with this bag.

The other thing I really appreciate about the design is that it threads the needle between aesthetics and ruggedness. I work in the geosciences, and I always have an eye out for stylish and durable product that can balance “client presentable” and not overly “businessman”. I think this product does the trick, and will probably be cheaper in the long run that having to constantly buy replacement over the years.
